Marketing and Communication specialist company looks for a Romanian Speaking Contact Center Operator.

What you will be doing as a Contact Center Operator:
- Handling incoming email and phone and chat requests, inquiries and complaints
- Have administrative, responding, investigating and summarizing tasks along with
- Gathering further information from competent departments and experts for process
- Preparing and submitting customer information responses
- Making outgoing customer service calls, such as data clarification, customer satisfaction
- Lead Request handling and Follow-up calls
Requirements:
• Be a Romanian native speaker
- Intermediate English language skills
- Hungarian is only an advantage
- At least upper secondary education
- Contact Center experience is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Computer and MS Office skills
