Roles and responsibilities
- Ensure all IT and Maintenance contacts are answered efficiently and resolved as detailed in the operating processes
- Deliver a great colleague service experience
- Take ownership of the issue, and using my knowledge and behavioural skills to engage, understand, action and deliver with confidence
- Escalate contacts efficiently, where required, to minimise the impact on customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the team, across the wider business and our partners
- Spot opportunities to improve the process for the business
You will be great in this role if you have:
- Graduate/High school education
- At least advanced Hungarian knowledge
- Upper-intermediate English, Czech or Slovak knowledge
- Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
- High user level Computer Skills
- Experience of using MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
