We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join a prestigious 5-star hotel located in the breathtaking region of Zemplén, Hungary.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire food and beverage operations of the esteemed hotel, ensuring the highest levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the overall dining experience, from menu creation to presentation and service.
- Supervise and train a team of dedicated F&B professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing development opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining areas, maintaining efficient operations and exceptional culinary standards.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and monitor budgetary guidelines to maximize profitability without compromising quality or guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and ensuring staff compliance.
Követelmények
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a high-end hotel or luxury restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including expertise in menu planning, wine pairing, and fine dining service techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of motivating and inspiring a diverse team to consistently deliver outstanding results.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and make informed decisions to drive profitability.
- A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- At least intermediate level of English, both written and spoken
